Formal Wear Competition

Lou Gladys Hermoso, former Miss Atimonan Quezon and now working at King Fahad Medical City, worn a Ramon Pandongan's creation emerged as the winner of the Evening Gown competition. For Ginoo, Johnny Fabricante won the Best in Barong designed by Romeo Carpio.

Both Pandongan and Carpio work in Mazghal Ali Fashion.

WILLY TEOXON AND BONG MASUCOL: Designers of the Best in Masskara Festival Costume

Willy Teoxon and Bong Masucol, designers from Riyadh working in Al Shahad, created the most impressive Masskara Festival costumes worn by G. Pilipinas-Saudi Arabia Turismo 2008 Eric Rabonza and Bb. Pilipinas Saudi Arabia 2008 3rd Runner-up Carmina Louise Aragon, respetively. They bested among other designers all over the Kingdom.
