Willy Teoxon and Bong Masucol, designers from Riyadh working in Al Shahad, created the most impressive Masskara Festival costumes worn by G. Pilipinas-Saudi Arabia Turismo 2008 Eric Rabonza and Bb. Pilipinas Saudi Arabia 2008 3rd Runner-up Carmina Louise Aragon, respetively. They bested among other designers all over the Kingdom.
